 Rhonda Watson has been the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Creative Touch by Rhonda since its inception. 

Born in Columbus, Georgia, Rhonda Watson grew up traveling extensively with her military family. This diverse background influenced her culinary style deeply. Inspired by a transformative episode of the Oprah Winfrey show, Rhonda turned her passion for cooking into a career and founded Creative Touch by Rhonda LLC in 1992. Starting as a small venture, it has grown into a successful full-service catering company serving the Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia areas.

Rhonda’s dedication to culinary excellence and customer satisfaction drives her company. Under her leadership, Creative Touch by Rhonda is celebrated for its delicious, high-quality meals and exceptional service, gaining recognition through word-of-mouth. Whether catering corporate events, weddings, or special celebrations, Rhonda ensures every experience is memorable, blending professional quality with a personal touch.

COO & CTO of Creative Touch by Rhonda, LLC

Curtis Watson has been the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Creative Touch by Rhonda since 2020, leading the modernization of operations with his expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). A seasoned IT professional, Curtis is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in AI at Capitol Technology University, where he specializes in AI, Data Analytics, and Data Science.

With experience in both government and private sectors, Curtis has successfully led Integrated Product Teams and managed large-scale IT programs. At Creative Touch by Rhonda, he oversees daily operations and integrates advanced technologies to enhance service delivery and efficiency, ensuring personalized, technology-driven catering solutions for clients.

Education
Curtis holds a Ph.D. (in progress) in Artificial Intelligence from Capitol Technology University (GPA: 4.0), and a Postgraduate Certificate in AI and ML from the University of Texas (ranked 2nd in his class). He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas A&M, a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School, and an MBA from the Carroll School of Management. Curtis’s ongoing education includes coursework in data science and programming at the University of Virginia and the College of Southern Maryland.
